The PVC pipe extrusion line is developed by Jwell based on European
advanced technology and R&D experience of the plastic pipe
machinery for more than 23 years . It can produce water supply ,
drainage, cable protection pipes and pipe range from 50mm to 110mm

- Advanced SIEMENS computer control system(PLC) or OMRON temperature
meter control system for your choice
- The high output and the high quality of pipe are obtained by the
combination of special designed JINHAILUO screw and barrel
- High torque precise gearbox and AC frequency conversion or
permanent magnetic servo motor can ensure high output and low
energy consumption in long run ;
- Optimized mold and calibrator can ensure high-quality pipe ;
- The haul off unit equipped with servo motor ensures wide traction
range, high precision synchronous operation and it adopts digital
communication interface with extruder ;
- Saw cutter, planetary cutter and non-dust cutter for your choice
- Changing some parts of the line can also M-PVC pipe, C-PVC pipe,
inner spiral wall pipe, inner hollow wall pipe, formed core pipe
and multi layer pipe.
- Conical twin screw extruder and parallel twin screw extruder for
